Francqui Fellowships

Grants of the Francqui Foundation « Francqui Fellowship »

The Belgian American Education Foundation, Inc., known as BAEF, was established through the vision of Emile Francqui and Herbert Hoover. The Francqui Foundation works together with the BAEF in its program of grants for young Belgians who wish to complete their education at an American University. In this effort, the Francqui Foundation generously allocates the required financial support to enable a few selected Belgians – identified among the most promising candidates by BAEF – to pursue a year of academic enrichment in the United States.

This partnership not only underscores the dedication to fostering educational excellence, but also exemplifies the belief in investing in the intellectual future of Belgium by empowering its brightest minds to explore and thrive on the global stage.
