anciennes conceptions sur le métabolisme du cerveau et la régulation des
centres de la respiration et des fonctions végétatives,
considérant les applications qu'ils
comportent pour la compréhension des maladies du système nerveux central,
considérant que les travaux de M.
Leusen sont internationalement connus et font particulièrement honneur à
la tradition des recherches physiologiques de l'Université,
décide de conférer le Prix Francqui
